The Controversial Legging Trend Celebrities Are Endorsing

This year hasn't been without its share of legging microtrends, treggings and stirrups included. We're on constant high alert for the next big thing in the leggings arena, given their acute popularity as of late. While many leggings trends come via street style or retailers, the latest is one that we've noticed celebrities have been wearing on repeat—white leggings. If you're baulking right now, we get it. White leggings are unforgiving, to say the least. But celebrities like Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin have been swapping their typical black jerseys out for white pairs, much like fashion girls have been swapping black ankle boots out for white ones

Their unexpectedness is noteworthy, and celeb-favourite athleisure brand Alo has recently released many of its most popular (and most flattering) styles in bright white. Want to see evidence of the latest controversial legging trend?
