While we always take great pleasure in providing our style-savvy readers with the answers to their most pressing clothing questions, we were particularly pleased to find our inbox inundated with inquiries about some of our favourite chic-ettes and a new face on the scene who caught our eye (say hello to Elizabeth Olsen!). We could not be more thrilled to present our panel of fashionable femmes in today's installation of What Was She Wearing: Answers! and look forward to reading and researching your future requests!

Lindsay Lohan
Regardless of the press' fascination with her personal life, Lohan still looks on-trend with the greatest of ease. Seen leaving a friend's house in Hollywood, she rocked a killer pair of Azzedine Alaia's Black Lace Up Gladiators ($2700, 323.655.0426), proving that this sandal style will continue to loiter this spring. Lohan paired her statement footwear with Black Orchid's Black Star Mini Shorts ($78) and Thomas Wylde's Spanish Fringe Vest ($1850), which added a bohemian vibe to her warm-weather appropriate assemblage. If you're looking for similarly bold but more budget-friendly pieces, try HUGO by Hugo Boss's Pandora Roman Sandals ($345) and LaRok's Janis Concert Suede Vest ($330). Complete your ensemble with Lohan's exact shades, a completely classic pair of Ray-Ban Aviator Sunglassesicon ($120).

Alexis Bledel
While Alexis Bledel usually flies under the paparazzi radar, we can't help but notice that when we are lucky enough to see photos of our favourite former Gilmore Girl out and about, she always looks totally sophisticated and immaculately put together! At the opening of the French label Zadig & Voltaire's Meatpacking District boutique, Bledel-who wore the aforementioned brand's Virginie Tailored Jacket ($530), Palace Skinny Pants ($250), and Djimini Tank Top ($140)-combined sharply tailored pieces with a casual graphic tank to achieve a perfectly undone look. If you don't have a Zadig & Voltaire near you, just pair Plastic Island's Linen Blazer ($198) and We The Free's Sheer Watercolor Print Jersey Tee ($58) with your favourite black pants for an equally well-appointed outfit.

Despite the change in time zones, Rihanna managed to stay true to her trend-setting ways while disembarking from the Honolulu airport last week. Wearing a rolled pair of J Brand's Ripped Tie Dye Skinny Jeans ($218) in Zombie, Christian Louboutin's Deva 120 Bootsicon ($1095), Gucci's Backpacker Convertible Bag ($3350), and a teal Marni Duster Coat ($1300, 212.343.3912), the stylish singer looked ready for some serious rest and relaxation. Always the accomplished accessorizer, the hit-maker completed her ensemble with a long metallic necklace-try Forever 21's Miranda Metal Necklace ($11)-which gave the overall look a little extra polish. You can achieve an equally high-end look for less with CC Skye's The Blake Bag ($594) in blue, Kaylee Tankus' Woven Vest ($341) and Dune's Zinc Sandals ($220). As for the Hawaiian vacation-sadly, there's no substitute!

Elizabeth Olsen
Up-and-coming thespian Elizabeth Olsen makes her debut in a flowing, vintage Calvin Klein maxi dress. Spotted at the after party for her Broadway show, Impressionism, the fashionable younger sibling of Mary-Kate and Ashley paired her frock with Marni heels, proving that she certainly shares her siblings' trademark style genes. To recreate this long and lovely outfit, we suggest starting with Topshop Boutique's Maxi Dress ($90), which has the same easy sophistication as Olsen's selection! Then all you have to do is elevate your own footwear to new heights by picking a great pair of wooden platforms, like Frye's Blair Ankle Strap Sandals ($202). Finish off the look with a red-carpet-ready red lip and a heart-felt smile: the perfect final touches for any ensemble.
