There seems to be a trend happening with the international editions of Vogue. In January, Jourdan Dunn was the first black woman on the cover of Vogue UK in 12 years. And as Daily Mail pointed out, after five years, Vogue Paris has (finally) put a black model on its cover—the May 2015 issue features supermodel Liya Kebede (dressed in a beautiful Dior outfit). Before her, Rose Cordero graced a cover back in 2010.
What do you think of this news? Are you shocked that it's taken Vogue Paris this long? Sound off in the comment section below. And if you're feeling inspired to shop a printed spring look like Kebede is wearing above, get inspired here.
