Victoria Beckham Just Made Ripped Jeans Look Surprisingly Chic

As far as celebrity families go, there are few that are as stylish as the Beckhams—though, with a matriarch like Victoria Beckham, we’d hardly expect anything less. In celebration of the New Year, David Beckham took to Instagram last night to share an image of the fashionable family ringing in the decade.

Dressed in shades of beige, black and grey, the picture-perfect family portrait featured all four of David and Victoria’s children, seemingly coordinated in the colours of the season. Victoria herself opted for a decidedly dressed-down look, featuring a pair of ripped jeans, a patterned blouse and a tweed blazer likely from her S/S 20 collection. Though the designer is often seen in more tailored trousers, a pair of ripped jeans was the ideal casual choice for a countryside getaway, as the family reportedly spent their New Year’s Eve in the Cotswolds.

David and Harper were also appropriately dressed for the countryside location, donning matching camel jumpers. David finished his look with a newsboy cap, moss-coloured tie and green corduroy trousers, while Harper paired her knit with a suitably adorable pleated heritage check skirt.
