If this summer has been all about the shoulder—we swear every fashionable girl sported an off-the-shoulder top—this fall, the area of interest has moved to the neck. In line with the ’70s trend, pussy-bow blouses are having a major moment, but there’s another variation of the neck-centric top that’s caught our eye lately. The scarf top is similar to the pussy-bow in that it has a necktie, but the detail is more scarf-like and designed to cover the neck for a cosy fall look. Many high-end designers have come out with the top for fall, and while this means price points are steep at the moment, we thought we’d share the trend now, and there’ll likely be more affordable options on the market soon as more brands catch on.
