Instagram is a treasure trove of incredible images, and it's full of design, style and fashion inspiration. But, of course, seeing as it's only been around for six years, there's a plethora of images that were created before its existence. However, there thankfully is one account that's helping to rectify that gap with an archive of the incredible '80s and '90s magazine The Face.
The magazine, which was famed for first featuring Kate Moss on the cover, was launched in 1980 by founder Nick Logan. Nick and his son Maxwell Logan created the Instagram feed @the____archive last year to celebrate the influence of the magazine on its 35th anniversary.
Like the magazine, the Instagram feed doesn't let us down with its array of nostalgic shots. As well as plenty of pictures of Mossy, we also get to see Lenny Kravitz posing with Vanessa Paradis back in the day, as well as shots of icons such as David Bowie and Grace Jones.
Keep scrolling for a look at some of our favourite shots from the Insta feed, and don't forget to follow them @the____archive.
