We know keeping track of trends can be hard—after all, they change more often than the seasons themselves. And while we've found that there are a lot of factors to keep in mind when choosing a trend to invest in (such as practicality, body type or budget), it also helps to know which are on the rise and which are on the decline, so that by the time that package you ordered arrives, you're not already over your purchases. With that in mind, we reached out to expert Melissa Moylan, creative director of womenswear at trend forecasting agency Fashion Snoops, to give us some intel.
