Cardigans Are a Springtime Staple, and This French Brand Does Them Best
In my opinion, the move from winter to spring calls for one thing in particular—clever knitwear. When we're no longer bound to our thick wool coats but not yet ready to move onto T-shirts and breezy blouses, a lighter knit is the perfect solution for those late-winter and early-spring days. Whilst I'll always sing the praises of a classic wool jumper, as it gets a little warmer I'm looking to show some love to my cardigan collection. Worn buttoned up, partially undone or left unbuttoned, a cardigan offers the styling (and temperature) versatility that a winter-to-spring wardrobe calls for.
Monikh Dale wears Sézane's Gaspard Cardigan (£95).
Whilst so many brands are coming up with chic and wearable designs, my attention keeps coming back to Sézane, a name adored by French women. With a cardigan collection that comprises everything from sleek, lightweight knits to chunky, cosy styles and a great variety of colour choices, it's a French favourite for good reason.
