Kendall Jenner Wore the Jumper Trend I've Already Seen at ARKET, COS and Sézane

At last, it's knitwear weather. The temperature is dropping, the days are getting shorter, and I'm now reaching for a cosy jumper more often than not. Rather than succumbing to a winter wardrobe filled only with grey, navy and black, I’m determined to incorporate some vibrancy into my everyday rotation. Newly inspired by the scarlet shades I’ve spotted on so many of my favourite celebrities, this year I’m on the hunt for the perfect red knit.

Bright shades of red have been trending all over TikTok, and slowly but surely garnering attention amongst the fashion set in form of chic red ballet flats, or a bold red bag. But as we move towards the winter months, I'm looking for something to keep me warm, so it's all about the knit. Spotted slung over the shoulders of Kendall Jenner out in New York this week, she wore hers with an otherwise entirely black outfit. Jenner's red knit elevated her look with a dash of colour and flush of texture for an interesting twist on autumn dressing. Styled with pointed-toe heels and a black Gucci Horsebit bag, her cohesive look allowed the crimson shade to pop without overwhelming the outfit.

Whilst Jenner opted for a bright red jumper, I'm personally keeping my eyes peeled for the perfect red cardi. Read on to discover my edit of the best red knits to buy now, from jumpers to cardigans.
