I Gave Myself 2 Hours to Find Nordstrom's Richest-Looking Items—Here They Are
Since I shop all day every day (no, really, I do), occasionally, I like to come up with ways to make it feel more exciting. I love shopping as much as or more than the next person, but even the things you love can start to feel boring every so often. That's where challenges like this one come into play. To spice things up, I gave myself two hours this week to see how many rich-looking items I could find from Nordstrom with a $300 budget in mind. And not to brag, but I hit it out of the park.
From the pieces that fashion girls love every year to under-$90 heels that elite budgeters are buying to get the Saint Laurent look, my 32 discoveries below only look like they'll cost you an arm and a leg. In reality, there are plenty that fall into the under-$100 bucket. Scroll down to peruse these chic finds from Nordstrom. Hopefully, you'll be as impressed with the offering as I was.
Heavy satin is having a moment right now.
This faux-leather skirt will get you as close to the Saint Laurent look as possible while spending less than $100.
If the '90s are your goal style era, these sunglasses should be going home with you.
When the simplest dress is the prettiest, you have to buy it.
Don't spend hundreds on a leather jacket in a world where this one exists.
I know I'll be lounging in this sweater during the entire holiday break.
Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy–inspired headbands are having a moment right now.
Anything velvet will get the fashion crowd's stamp of approval this time of year.
I suggest Breda watches to everyone who's looking for an introductory timepiece that looks expensive but isn't.
If I didn't know better, I'd assume this cardigan was five times its actual price.
