These £65 Next Boots Are So Good I Wish I Didn't Have to Tell You About Them

Knee-high boots are a winter basic that can elevate any outfit, however, they can often be quite the investment purchase, costing upwards of £200. It can be difficult to find expensive-looking boots on a budget, but I have just found a pair that are under £100, comfortable and don't look at all cheap. The downside of being a fashion editor is that sometimes you have to reveal shopping secrets or tricks you really wish you could keep on the down-low, but sadly I am obligated to spill on these Next boots.

Like any winning high-street purchase, these have been yoyo-ing in and out of stock throughout autumn, but the knee-highs are now available in black, tan, snake and burgundy. Personally the deep wine shade is my favourite, as it is a really sophisticated shade, but all colours will look striking either with midi dresses or worn over jeans. Snakeskin might seem like an of-the-moment trend, but even Anna Wintour has been wearing hers for years—proving these aren't just a "wear for one season" mistake.
