Meghan Just Stepped Out in Shoes That Kate Would Probably Never Wear

Just when we thought we had Meghan's style all figured out, she goes and throws a giant curveball our way. After being announced as the new patron of Smart Work, the Duchess visited its HQ wearing what appears to be an entirely classic Meghan look: black shift dress, box bag and camel coat. Pan down to her feet, however, and you'll see a flash of cow print. Yes really.

From her fave shoe brand, Gianvito Rossi, these showstopping shoes are bang on trend, with their Wild West–inspired vibes. It might surprise you to know that they are not new purchases, however, and we've previously spotted these babies in an old shoe closet Insta snap. Kudos to Meghan for both nailing a new season trend and showing that re-wearing old pieces is the way forward—a rare occurrence in the celeb world, but something the royal set do rather well.

On Meghan: Gianvito Rossi Cow Print Heels; Oscar de la Renta Oversized Midi Coat, £2600; Hatch Eliza Dress, £170; Victoria Beckham Vanity Box Leather Tote, £1695
