These 7 Lesser-Known Brands Have the Very Best Dresses

Now that we've seen the back of January (took long enough), we can officially start to get excited about the prospect of spring. There might still be frost on the ground, but the bitterly cold wind and rain are finally being intersected with odd moments of sun. In our books, that signals the fact that dress season is 'round the corner, which is great news for us frock fanatics here at Who What Wear.

As we patiently wait for the mercury to go above 10º, we'll be making lists of all the dress brands that will be added to basket at the first opportunity. Thanks to the platforming potential of Instagram, we're being exposed to more and more lesser-known brands, which is a dream for fashion lovers, as we now have more direct access to fresh and distinctive design at a range of prices.

On our checklist for 2020 is a plethora of stylish offerings, from the Scandi girl cool of Stine Goya and the voluminous proportions of high-street brand Sister Jane to Olivia Rose's modern minis and Horror Vacui's prairie dress–inspired midis. Scroll down to shop our complete edit. Spring will be here soon, we promise.
