Leggings Are Now Totally Acceptable at Fashion Week

Ah, leggings. Where would we be without you? Over the past year or so, the humble jersey pull-ons have ballooned to become a surprising must-wear item, especially if you're a celebrity. Witness how many A-listers have indulged in the new crop of luxury, designer leggings. Well, they are just as good for a workout as they are for strolling around NYC, after all. Then there are these particular leggings that you've all been buying this month: While they're on the more affordable side of things, it just goes to show that we're all still very into the idea, even if we pretend otherwise.

Whatever the price tag, it's clear that this 2016 batch of leggings now has one thing in common: A slew of street style stars chose them as a legitimate outfit element for the FROW. This means that they're back on the radar in a major way, outside of your usual brunch jaunt, gym trip or a lazy day at home…
