Out of All the It Knits This Season, This One's By Far Our Favourite

You might not think it possible for a lowly jumper to become the subject of street style hype, but this season, Joseph has managed it. Coming in an eye-popping shade of orange, the brand's draped wool cashmere knit caught the imagination of the street style crowd thanks to its dramatic scarf feature (that can either be wrapped around or left to hang), buttoned detail and asymmetric cut. Individually, each element might sound standard, but together they create a statement-making knit that could rival any floor-grazing gown.

Of course, we can't ignore the fact that it comes in at an eye-watering £545, but we can all appreciate good style inspo when we see it (we've posted a few high-street alternatives below), and from now on, we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for orange knits—clearly the must-have addition to our autumn/winter 2018 wardrobes. Scroll down to see how the fashion crowd styled their Joseph jumpers (i.e., with colour-coordinating skirts and classic blue denim) and shop the look for yourself.

Style Notes: A flash of blue from Loewe's Puzzle bag makes for a fun contrast to Joseph's rust-orange knit.

Style Notes: Lisa Aiken uses her Joseph jumper to create a chic tonal ensemble. We're loving the textural contrast of the leather skirt.

Style Notes: The jumper still looks so polished when paired with dress-down denim—although the mock-croc accessories definitely help.
