Our Favourite Influencers Are Backing These 6 Jewellery Trends, and So Are We

There’s no doubt about it—fashion influencers live up to their name. With the power to influence a lot of us into snapping up the latest cult bag, shoes, coat or anything else for that matter, keeping up with what everyone is wearing on Instagram is a full-time job. One that we will happily do and be even happier to share our findings with you.

If you’re looking for something a little more exciting than winter woollies, then let's talk about jewellery. This is one of the most personal purchases and requires careful consideration, as not only do you likely wear jewellery every day, but it is typically an investment and you want it to really feel like "you."

With the help of some of our favourite fashion influencers, we've narrowed the search down to just six jewellery trends that really stand out right now and, more importantly, won't date quickly. With all tastes, budgets and styles considered, there's everything from coordinating pearls to playful rings and rhinestones galore. And you can shop all six jewellery trends if you keep on scrolling.

1. Matchy-Matchy Pearls

Style Notes: Bringing Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's vibes, matching pearl jewellery is back. Whether it's a necklace and bracelet, earrings, or all three, anything goes as long as you wear them together. To bring it up to date, it's all about gold hardware to make it feel fresh.

2. Resin Rings

Style Notes: Fun jewels have been around for a few seasons now—from colourful beads to nostalgia-inducing friendship jewellery—and they're sticking around. Retro resin rings are the order of the day, and the more, the merrier. Style influencer Monikh Dale is backing multicolour iterations layered on every finger.

3. Cool Cuffs

Style Notes: While constellation piercings have been key for a while, sometimes it's refreshing to go back to basics. Strip your ear of any earrings, and wear a simple, sleek golden ear cuff to achieve the jewellery look minimalists can't get enough of.

4. Rhinestone Chandeliers

Notes Notes: Fashion influencers have been relying on OTT earrings to liven up any look—the sparklier, the better. They're no longer reserved for party season. Rhinestone chandelier styles look just as good with evening attire as they do with a white T-shirt and jeans.

5. Belly Chains

Style Notes: Naturally, summer is on our minds, and with many influencers already jetting off to warmer climates, the outfit inspiration is coming in fast. Belly chains will be the companion to every bikini and swimsuit come holiday season, but they'll also work with cut-out dresses and miniskirts if you haven't got a holiday booked just yet.

6. Logo Everything

Style Notes: Part of the love for everything Y2K, logos are quite literally everywhere for S/S 22, seen on the runways at Balenciaga, Gucci, Versace and Fendi. Monogrammed jewellery is an easy way to get the look. And with Pernille Teisbaek's approval, we can see them sticking around. Look to vintage and pre-loved sites to find some rare hidden gems, like these Chanel beauties below.

Next up, these are the jewellery trends to invest in for 2022.
