3 Chic Ways to Elevate Your Summer Style

Catching up with close friends gets harder as schedules get busier and people live farther apart from each other. So when there’s an excuse to host a stylish get-together—like the Fourth of July—take full advantage! And that’s exactly what Claire Thomas of The Kitchy Kitchen did. Taking to Chandon’s limited-edition rosé and brut bottles—each of which is covered in pink or blue stripes—for style and décor inspiration, she dreamed up a ridiculously chic way to give the holiday a fresh spin, cocktail recipes included!

If you’re hosting a bash of any sort, you want to make sure you look and feel your best. The key to doing so? Opt for classic cuts and prints, like Claire’s fit-and-flare skirt and striped top. And never forget to top off your look with fun shoes and accessories.

“Instead of the classic red, white, and blue colour palette, I took inspiration from Chandon’s new magenta-and-white rosé bottle and swapped the colour blue for chambray, which speaks to an unfussy elegant vibe,” says Claire.

Whether you’re hosting a big or small get-together, having a stocked assortment of drinks is necessary. “Any excuse to get together and enjoy delicious food and drinks is a go,” says Claire. “The cocktails were the key to the evening, keeping everyone in lively spirits.”
