I'm Replacing My Jeans With These £30 H&M Trousers to Stay Chic In the Heatwave

I'm always on the hunt for trousers that embrace the comfort of sweatpants with the style and sophistication of trousers. Well spoiler alert, I found them. The yearly onslaught of heatwaves has arrived and any clothing item with the word "sweat" in it is going on the back burner. Subsequently, these trousers have to be lightweight for warmer spring days. Per usual, H&M, who always seems to get wardrobe basics just right, came to the rescue.

While browsing H&M's expensive-looking linen collection recently, I spotted a pair of linen joggers that, like sweatpants, have an elastic waistband and an easy fit. They're also £29 and come in seven, yes seven, colours. I noticed that several colours are already starting to fly out of stock, so I fully expect that many people, like me, will be trading their sweatpants for linen pants. The best bit? There are so many ways to style these comfy trousers. Think a matching linen shirt and sandals at the weekend, a blazer and heels for a dinner date and a t-shirts and flip flops for the beach.

Keep scrolling to see the trousers i'm swapping my jeans for this season, as well as more H&M pieces i'm loving right now.
