What Mary-Kate and Ashley Would Wear on the Full House Reunion

OMG. That's exactly what came out of our mouths when John Stamos (aka Uncle Jesse) spilled on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week that Full House would indeed return to Netflix in 2016 with a 13-episode season. As of right now, only Candace Cameron-Burke (D.J.), Jodi Sweetin (Stephanie), and Andrea Barber (Kimmy) are confirmed to return. But what about our favourite fashion duo Mary-Kate and Ashley? Fingers crossed they'll make a cameo. Although, according to WWD, the two had no idea this was in the works until Stamos announced it. "We just found out about it today," said Mary-Kate. "I guess we're going to talk to the creators and see what's happening." Ashley added, "I'm going to call [Saget] and get his perspective."

Well, if they do participate, we know exactly what we'd want to see them in—no, not The Row (well, maybe), but instead updated takes on those classic Michelle Tanner ensembles.

To make our dream a semi-reality, we pulled together a few of our favoirte Michelle looks, along with each ensemble's current (still on trend!) wardrobe counterpart.

Scroll below to take a peek of what we think the Olsen twins would-slash-should wear, all inspired by their most memorable Full House fashion moments.

Who didn't wear overalls in the '90s (and who doesn't right now)? Michelle knew what was up.

The Trend: Bold Florals

Bold florals have never really gone away—they were in when Michelle was 7 and just as relevant now (cue: Michael Kors S/S 15).

The Trend: Jumpsuits

See, Michelle knew way back when that jumpsuits would come back in 2015.
