Topshop once revealed that it sells one pair of jeans every 10 seconds, with one pair sold every minute at the Oxford Street flagship. Most of us will have owned a pair of the Jamie jeans at one point or other, but in 2018 the spray-on skinny Joni is the key seller. This spring Topshop has launched four new styles of jeans to the mix—including the perfect cropped kick flare and a flare version of the Jamie. Jeans shopping is something many of us put off—wiggling into a skinny in a starkly lit changing room isn't exactly fun. But I went into the Topshop changing rooms armed with as many jeans as they'd let me take in so that I can tell you the five jeans that you should try. If you want to try something other than the Jamie this year, keep scrolling to see and shop the best Topshop jeans right now.
The flared Jamie jeans are one of the new styles. They have all of the leg-lengthening qualities of a flare but aren't too wide, so they aren't as "retro" or intimidating as other styles.
Crop Wide-Leg Jeans
These are a more statement jean, as they have a very wide-leg, and so won't be for everyone, however, I like the fit of the waist, and they would look great with both ankle boots and sandals.
These straight-leg jeans are a new favourite at Topshop and were popular during London Fashion Week with the Instagram set.
When it comes to novelty jeans, instead of embroidery or embellishment this season, it's all about racer stripes down each leg. You will find a striped version of most of Topshop's signature jeans.
