It's Finally Time to Trade In My Jeans for Dresses—19 Spring-Ready Styles I'm Considering
Although the current temperature is a little chillier than we would like, the sweet taste of spring is on the horizon, particularly where fashion is concerned. As we edge towards warmer days, we’re beginning to see new collections override past season sales and spring/summer pieces weft in amongst knits and layers. And as a fully-fledged dress girl, I’m most excited about the dresses on offer this season, of which there are plenty I'm pleased to report.

You needn't wait until August to get your dress dose, and to make prepping for the new season just that bit easier for you, I've scrolled through 1000s of dresses across the high street and some of our favourite designer brands to weed out the wheat from the chaff and bring you very best available right now. There's a myriad of pretty, puff-sleeved styles, as well as floaty white dresses, classic floral iterations and broderie styles made for sunny days, of course. Not to mention plenty of neutral numbers for the minimalists among us.
Keep scrolling for 19 of the most gorgeous dresses I’ve seen so far this year.

This new-in H&M dress is all I can think about right now. The shape, the fabric, the sleeves... it has everything I could ever want from a spring dress.
Doen's Ischia dress is a well loved style. This new blue shade would look particularly lovely with tan accessories or nude ballet flats.
If it still feels a little chilly for linen and cotton numbers, why not consider a denim dress? This would look just as good with boots and trainers as it will with sandals.
Faune is one of my favourite destinations for pretty pieces that I'll cherish forever. I love the cape-style sleeve on this midi dress.
Ok, perhaps this isn't one I'd be wearing to the office, but how gorgeous would it be at a wedding or summer event?
I have no idea why I don't already own a navy midi dress! I just love the silhouette of this Nobody's Child number.
Dress it up with heels and a blazer or down with trainers and a cardi.
I wouldn't normally consider purple, but it really is shaping up to be a huge colour trend this year.
This is a great option for the transitional period and can also be worn to the office and at the weekends.
I think every single WWW team member owns the Free People oasis dress now, but this new colour has me thinking I need 2!
I'm yet to find my perfect black mini dress, but I have a feeling this is it, so I'm getting it early just in case!
A versatile style that will work for every spring/summer event in your calendar.
A slightly more casual style, but one you'll bring out every single year.
This gorgeous taffeta iteration also comes in black if that's more your jam.
I live by a buy less and buy better approach, but that doesn't mean I do love a high-street style. This lace midi dress will be a classic in my capsule wardrobe for years I'm sure.
