Another Green Dress, Another Huge Waiting List—800 People Want This Today

Earlier this week, we updated you on the status of a particular green ASOS dress that we predicted would sell like crazy. It did. We're always right. And as such, we had provided you at the time with a host of similar green-printed-dress suggestions. The Who What Wear UK team had an inkling that this one super-specific kind of dress style was going to take off for 2018, and we included a not-yet-released style from Kitri.

The unique online-only affordable label has seen successes with their pretty, flattering midi dresses before (remember when we all bought that one black zip-up dress last summer?), and it would appear that this new style is going to be even more of a runaway smash.

Charlotte Groeneveld of The Fashion Guitar was one of the first high-profile girls to get her hands on the sample to wear to fashion week. Since then, interest in the £145 Gabriella Pleated Shirt Dress has skyrocketed, with the team telling me that a waiting list of over 800 people eagerly anticipating the frock's arrival… TODAY.

Kitri's not alone in seeing the popularity of a green printed dress being their topline story for spring 2018. Last year it all started with Réalisation Par's floral wrap dresses (which are available again this season—phew). Topshop is selling its key green styles fast; Rouje is all out of this sassy wrap; and Reformation's shorter, cheekier versions are proving to be very sought-after in L.A. right now.

That all means you have a chance of snapping up this year's key dress trend, even if you can't get the first one you lay eyes on. So put your name down for Kitri's and shop our other favourites below.
