When your job is to find emerging trends and show your fellow fashion enthusiasts the must-haves each brand has to offer at that particular moment, you'd assume I'd be an open-minded shopper. This is true to an extent, as very rarely will I disregard wearing a trend before trying it for myself. Admittedly, however, I tend to shop in certain stores for certain things. Take & Other Stories: As soon as I cross its threshold (both in real life or online), I know I'll come away with one of two things: blouses or a pair of jeans. Similarly, Zara is my one-stop-shop for bags and blazers, while Mango serves as my go-to for blazers. Lingerie? Marks and Spencer. Wardrobe staples? Arket. And so on.
The downside is that I'll enter a store with blinders on, seeking out the pieces I usually buy instead of taking in what else is on offer. But I've recently learned the error of my ways… I'm a dress girl through and through, and lately, all of the frocks I've been admiring are from one place: COS.
Previously, I'd have never considered COS a dress destination (my purchases usually involve Breton stripes and jersey), but after discovering these styles, I know I'm going to be hooked on its frocks from here on out. Brittany Bathgate, Karina Marriott and Alexis Foreman are just some of the stylish women who have been wearing COS dresses religiously this season and, naturally, I now plan on joining them.

Style Notes: Tracey has a knack for unearthing the best high-street dresses, so naturally, this black knitted camisole dress has made its way into her wardrobe also. Make like her and wear it with a basket bag now, and black leather boots come autumn.
