We probably don't need to convince you to start spending more time on Amazon. After all, it's where we watch The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and buy pretty much everything we need to help us become more like Mrs. Hinch. But did you know that you can buy Victoria Beckham–inspired knee-high boots and cool midi dresses all on Amazon? That's right—the e-tailer has slowly been building its fashion offering, and this season has arguably been its strongest yet.
Amazon launched its own debut fashion brand called Find in September 2017, and it has started generating many cult buys. The vinyl trench coat was the one that started convincing the fashion crowd and has been deemed an It piece. This season, there have been lots of jeans, boots and jumpers that have been Instagram-approved too. In order to do a thorough edit of the best pieces on Amazon Fashion, I placed a big order and had it sent to the Who What Wear UK offices.
After trying on two pairs of boots, three dresses, several coats and more, I've put together a list of the five pieces that I think are the best are best out of the 2000 Find pieces on Amazon right now. Keep scrolling to see and shop these pieces. These just might convince you to start shopping for clothes on Amazon…
1. Red Knee-High Boots
Why I love them: These red boots have already been gaining some traction on Instagram. Even Alyssa in the City has a pair. What I love about these boots is the height of the heel. They give you enough lift but are still relatively low, so I'd be able to wear these for a whole day without packing a pair of trainers in my bag as a backup plan. These are a smart option to wear with midi dresses and skirts when it feels too cold for anything except jeans.
Why I love it: This vinyl red trench coat is back for another season, and there's a reason it has been such a success story for Amazon Fashion. It's warmer than you might think, and the fitted shape makes it more flattering than many statement coats I've tried.
Why I love it: Honestly, I really wasn't sure about this jacket when it arrived in my Amazon order. However, it surprised me when I tried it on. It's light enough to easily layer under a coat and the long body makes it look more expensive than many of the checked jackets you'll find elsewhere on the high street. To make it look even more special, I layered a leather belt over the waist.
Why I love it: This is a refined twist on a classic leopard print, and it's the perfect work-to-dinner dress thanks to the relaxed cut combined with the rich colour. I was really impressed with how expensive it looks, given that it's only £30. It has a slight V-neck, however, I wore this dress back to front. I like that you have the option to wear it in two different ways. A word of warning, though: This dress can be slightly static-y, so I'd make sure you wear a slip skirt under it.
Why I love it: The simple answer is that this is one of the cosiest jumpers I've worn in a long time. I can't tell you the secret to its softness, but I can tell you that it's one of those pieces you'll want to wear for five days in a row. Pieces this comfy don't usually look this good, so this is a real gem.
