My go-to cocktail is constantly changing. It's more like my cocktail of the moment. I just got back from Palm Springs where grapefruit trees were plentiful, so my fridge is full of them, and I can't stop making Greyhounds. Sometimes I add a splash of St. Germain or some bubbly to make it more complex.
