Welcome to Who What Wear UK’s High-Street Week. Stay with us as our dedicated team uncovers the best that the world of affordable fashion has to offer. This is your edited guide to the essential intel behind S/S 18—don’t even consider shopping without us!

When we heard that ASOS was launching its first-ever dedicated activewear range, our first two questions were 1) what will the leggings be like, and 2) can we get our favourite—ASOS insider Lesley—to showcase exactly how she'll be wearing the line? She's our regular streetwear guru, so we asked, and she delivered. Here you'll find the London influencer's take on ASOS's debut 4505 collection. Whilst the leggings are something to particularly write home about there are a few other reasons this particular range stands out in the world of high-street exercise gear.

1. It's actually high-tech with breathable fabrics and seamless finishes. Best of all, it was designed for unrestricted movement.

2. It's not all neon pink. Finally, we have a line that offers up understated hues like khaki as well as bold graphic prints, camo and leopard to satisfy our more adventurous needs.

3. It's just as affordable as the rest of the site's own-brand pieces.

Enough justification; now we're turning to Lesley to learn how to wear the new leggings we're about to snap up.

"Having total flexibility with my activewear is so important to me, as I love to do a variety of classes, from boxing to Pilates," Lesley tells us. "The yellow seamless set is my fave from the ASOS 4505 collection, as the colour and print suit me to a tee."

"For a daytime look, I like to pair the seamless leggings with a T-shirt and jacket to stay stylish between training," Lesley shares. "This pink puffer coat is the cosiest!"
