If there’s one woman on the planet who ought to know a thing or two about chic dressing, it’s Anna Wintour. Not only has the Vogue editor been working in the fashion industry for over 30 years, but her sense of personal style is nothing short of impeccable. "I usually wear the same dress 20 times," Wintour told The Cut back in 2009. "I think it's always fun to have something new, but it doesn't mean that everything you already have in your closet has to be thrown out, you know? Recycle. It's totally ok. I even recommend it."
