After Kanye West's first official runway show of New York Fashion Week—and his first attempt at designing a collection since his heavily-criticised eponymous S/S 12 collection, which he showed in Paris—he sat backstage with Vogue editor (and general icon) André Leon Talley to have a little chat.
In the discussion, West touches on everything from his inspiration behind the collection to how he felt after the whole Beck vs. Beyoncé incident at the Grammys, when his comments about the Album of the Year award went viral. "I feel like a human being, like a man," West says. "A man makes mistakes, a man can have an opinion, a man can be hypocritical. I feel like my blood hasn't been turned cold by the concept of celebrity."
