Kate Middleton has been in the public eye for over a decade, which means we've been able to witness her style evolution from a college student to the impeccably dressed Duchess of Cambridge. Naturally, Middleton has transitioned certain trends out of her wardrobe since becoming a royal, and she's replaced them with more grown-up and sophisticated versions.

For instance, Middleton used to wear white jeans regularly, but the Duchess has never been spotted in them since her royal wedding. Instead, she relies on timeless dark skinny jeans, which are just as casual but a tad more polished. She's also swapped out shoulder bags for top-handle iterations and clutches and has definitely left Ugg boots in the rearview mirror. Scroll down to see all the trends Kate Middleton never wears anymore and what she wears instead.
