PSA: This Instagram-Famous Trench Coat Has Just Been Restocked
There are few times in life that we get a second chance, and when it comes to fashion, it's just as rare. So when we heard that Aligne's influencer-approved trench coat was restocked, we rushed here to share the good news.
The coat in question is Aligne's Gilda Maxi Trench, a classic trench coat design that has been updated with a modern maxi hemline. The coat is indicative of the brand itself, which endeavours to create streamlined collections that combine timeless and contemporary design details, all with considerate fabric sourcing in mind. The balance of these factors allows all its pieces to be the foundations of a truly successful wardrobe, and the Gilda trench is no exception. On first release, the trench coat sold out within a matter of weeks, and ever since, fashion people just like us have been refreshing the page waiting for its return. After filling up a waiting list of over 300 people, Aligne agreed that this trench was too good for just one drop, and right now, the Stone and Black styles are back in stock. There's also a sage green colourway which is new for autumn 2023 and a deep red-brown hue that sold out straight away when it last dropped.
Keep scrolling to see how our favourite fashion people have styled this staple Aligne trench coat, and shop the restocked style before it goes.
Mira pairs her with classic jeans and loafers and a pop of red.
Buttoned up or worn open, the silhouette is just as impactful.
The pocket detail and striking hem make this instantly recognisable.
