From Celebs to Scandi Tastemakers, I'm Seeing This Spring Jacket Everywhere

If you've been on the hunt for a new-season buy that will aid your winter-to-spring transition, then look no further. In a long-sleeve, full-length cut, I've found the springtime jacket of dreams, and it was officially co-signed by a lot of stylish people this week.

Designed in a delicate banana-milk shade, Aligne's Daphne Long Waisted Blazer (£165) evokes a quietly optimistic feeling that complements the energy of early spring days. The round-neck jacket features a pinched-waist silhouette and a longline design, offering the coverage and warmth that a spring layer calls for, all wrapped up in a welcomed fresh hue.

This week alone I spotted it on Rochelle Humes, who chose to pair hers with Aligne's matching trousers. She added another light layer to her spring-ready outfit by opting for white pointed-toe heels and forgoing other accessories. Perfect.

Then, a mere couple of days later, it made an appearance at Copenhagen Fashion Week. This time, the blazer was styled without its corresponding trousers, instead paired with wide-leg jeans and black kitten heels. If you're hesitant to add this saccharine shade to your wardrobe, rest assured that the fashion set are working hard to prove its versatility.

Incorporating the shade into their rotations as they would a neutral colour such as beige or black, influencers have been styling the soft shade with just about everything. It's actually not a far stretch from a warm cream tone, and the buttery yellow brings a hint of joy to an outfit without overwhelming the look.

The new-season jacket is selling quickly (something Humes likely has a hand in), but there are a few sizes still available and the brand restocks frequently, so keep an eye out.
