But we’ve learned over the years that things—especially cheaper fashion items—aren’t always what they seem, so we decided to investigate the matter by comparing a $10 tee with one that costs $100. In this particular instance, the pricier tee was the clear winner, causing us to totally rethink our past shopping habits. It can’t hurt to have a closet filled only with long-lasting items, right?
