The importance of moving and staying flexible becomes more apparent as you get a little older and your joints get slightly squeakier. I just recently turned 28, and I've been thinking a lot about building a movement routine that is sustainable for the long term. From swimming, group fitness classes, and cardio, to strength training, yoga, and pilates—I'm all about exploration right now. As a fashion person, I'd love to incorporate my love of personal style into the activewear trends I utilize during this practice.

Since I spend an exorbitant amount of time scrolling through the best offerings across the web, I've uncovered some seriously great finds consisting of pretty activewear pieces I'd love to try with my workouts. I've curated a solid selection of leggings, supportive sports bras, colorful sneakers, and more. Keep scrolling to shop these active finds, and get moving with me.
