The one colour you will see everywhere come September when the A/W 17 collections drop will be red. Red can be an intimidating colour, but it's actually the most flattering hue for all skin tones, and next season, even we will be wearing red head-to-toe. A number of celebrities are getting ahead of this trend, as last week Emma Watson wore red from head to toe, and yesterday, while in Paris, Victoria Beckham gave us a lesson in wearing red on red on red.
VB showed that the coolest way to wear an all-red outfit is to break the usual colour rules and mix up shades. She wore a roll-neck jumper, a handbag and slouchy boots all in the same shade of burgundy with a cherry midi skirt. Red boots have already been a key style this year but they are going to be the most important accessories trend this autumn, as Lisa Aiken, the fashion director at Net-a-Porter, revealed that the company has bought over 100 different styles of red boots for next season.
