Thanks to Kylie Jenner, These 3 Swimwear Trends Will Be Everywhere in 2018

This week, Kylie Jenner is on a family holiday in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and as with any Kardashian/Jenner/West beach break, she’s using this time to post lots of bikini snaps on her Instagram. Kylie has a proven track record for sparking swimwear trends, and this summer, she’s wearing mesh, logo prints and daring cutouts.

She wore a vintage Dior swimsuit covered in the iconic D logo print with a sporty stripe down one side. She also wore a swimsuit with leopard bottoms and a white top with daring cutouts at the hips. Speaking of cutouts, Kylie wore a white L*Space bikini with revealing mesh panels on the bikini top and at the sides of the bottoms.

Style Notes: This leopard-and-white suit is perfectly in between a swimsuit and a bikini.

Style Notes: Kylie layers a white mesh top and skirt over her white mesh L*Space bikini, showing she’s seriously into this trend.

Style Notes: Vintage swimwear might be a big no-no for many of us, however, with such a perfect Dior one-piece, we could change our minds.

When it comes to showcasing swimwear, Kylie Jenner takes the crown for the most impressive bikini collection. If Instagram is anything to go by (always), the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan appears to own an enviable amount of two-pieces, posting endless snaps of sporty shapes, power prints and daring cuts—you name it, she’s worn it, documented it and probably made it sell out. While we may not all be lucky enough to jet off on holiday quite as much as the style-savvy 20-year-old, we’re always on the lookout for flattering bikini brands, and we can always rely on Kylie to provide plenty of inspiration in that department.

Marysia

Style Notes: Renowned for its incredibly chic scallop-edge swimsuits and bikinis and a firm favourite among the best dressed street stylers, it was inevitable that Marysia would quickly make its way into Kylie’s vacay wardrobe. We’ve long been fans of the brand here at Who What Wear, not only for the figure-flattering designs and thicker, supportive fabric but mostly for the many mix-and-match styles on offer.

Minimale Animale

Style Notes: With a focus on punchy brights and sports-inspired shapes, it’s easy to see how this label caught Kylie’s attention. The cuts are high and the fit is on the small side, but there’s no denying this brand is anything but boring, and it’s guaranteed to get you noticed.

Style Notes: Kylie opted for this standout monochrome triangle bikini from Ellejay, complete with matching choker for the ultimate poolside ensemble. This style is completely sold out, but luckily, Ellejay has plenty of equally statement styles on offer set to transform your holiday wardrobe.
