Things are changing over at J.Crew. As The Cut pointed out, after suffering a significant net loss last year, the retailer decided to reshuffle the company. Most notably? Somsack Sikhounmuong, the former head of design at Madewell, will take over as head of J.Crew women's design, replacing Tom Mora. Joyce Lee (who was working under Sikhounmuong) will be replacing him at Madewell. "We know what needs to be done, and while many of these initiatives take time, we have a committed team in place to make it happen," said J.Crew CEO Mickey Drexler.

Update: According to Racked, 175 jobs were also eliminated during this transition, which saved the brand $17 million.
