Calling all leather jacket lovers–if you can't bear to part with yours even on your wedding day, then we have good news: One of the coolest bridal designers around right now has just endorsed the combo of wearing wedding dresses with leather. French designer Rime Arodaky spoke to Brides last month saying, "Fake leather and lace pair perfectly, as it's a mix of strong and very delicate." Not only is it great to get Arodaky's approval (she does design super-chic gowns), but it's also good to know that it's a solid, warming option when you want to cover up during your nuptials. We don't need to tell you that a bride with goosebumps isn't a good look.
So how should you approach this? There are many ways. You can go for a jacket that matches your dress—plenty of white, off-white, and pink options are available. Or you could opt for a hand-painted version for a pretty take on the moto jacket. Finally, you can opt for your classic leather but maybe try it with a faux-fur trim for some added glamour.
